What is a Fee-Only Financial Advisor?

Serving Your Best Interest
As a fee-only financial advisory practice, we have committed to only being compensated by our clients. In other words, we don’t accept fees or commissions from the sale of financial products. We’re only paid by our clients, which mitigates potential conflicts of interest.
We are also bound by the fiduciary standard, a legal obligation to always put the interest of our clients above our own – and we take these obligations very seriously.
It’s an honor to work with our clients and to build lifelong relationships. This fee structure allows us to continually work in a way that’s truly best for you.

Our Fees

That being said, our fees are very straightforward. There’s no catch and no fine print, we believe in making it easy for everyone to understand.

Annual Advisory Fee

0.75%

Our annual advisory fee is assessed quarterly based on the market value of your assets under management. We work independently with Charles Schwab – so you can have peace of mind knowing your money stays safe with an established institution you can trust.

Integrated, Add-on Business Services

In addition to our comprehensive personal wealth management service offering, we offer integrated, add-on Business Services for our family business clients for a simple hourly rate.

Business Services Pricing

$175/hr

Our optional, add-on Business Services are offered to our clients through Toberman Management Consulting, LLC to help them grow the value of their business.

Craig Toberman, Founder of Toberman Wealth, grew up in and attended school in the St. Louis region. He wants to help others here grow their wealth and the wealth of this community.

Craig Toberman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from theeUniversity of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Saint Louis University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Craig is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), Fee-Only Network, and XY Planning Network. He has recently been featured in both Bloomberg and CNN Business.
We do our best work with investors and business owners who are over age 50 and either already retired or actively planning for their retirement.
